Shall a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of DeRuyter, County of Madison, a resolution changing the term of office of the Town Supervisor in the Town of DeRuyter from two (2) years to four (4) years, be approved, thereby changing the term of office of the Town Supervisor in the Town of DeRuyter for persons elected to that position and taking office on or after January 1, 2027?
A “Yes” vote means
The town supervisor's term becomes four years for those elected and taking office on or after January 1, 2027.
A “No” vote means
The town supervisor's term stays two years.
