Shall the Town of Lebanon Local Law which changes the term of office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Lebanon from two (2) years to four (4) years be approved, thereby changing the term of office of the Town Clerk for persons elected to that position and taking office on or after January 1, 2027?
A “Yes” vote means
The town clerk's term becomes four years for those elected and taking office on or after January 1, 2027.
A “No” vote means
The town clerk's term stays two years.
