Shall the City of North Tonawanda be authorized to issue serial bonds in the amount not exceed Eighteen Million Dollars ($18,000,000) for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, and equipping of a community center, including site acquisition, site improvements, furnishing, machinery, apparatus, and other incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith?
A “Yes” vote means
North Tonawanda would be authorized to issue up to $18 million in serial bonds to acquire, build and equip a community center.
A “No” vote means
North Tonawanda would not be authorized to issue these bonds for a community center.
