Should the term of the office for Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and Town Highway Superintendent be changed from two to four years, effective November 3rd 2026 for the general election for the aforesaid offices to be held on that date, with the four year terms commencing on January 1, 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote changes the Fabius supervisor, clerk and highway superintendent terms from two to four years, starting with those elected Nov. 3, 2026.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps two-year terms for these three offices.
