Shall the annual contribution of Town of Monroe for the operating budget of the Monroe Free Library be increased by thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars to the sum of one million five hundred and sixty-one thousand three hundred and twenty-five ($1,561,325) dollars annually?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote raises the town's annual contribution to the Monroe Free Library's operating budget by $30,000, to $1,561,325.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not approve the $30,000 increase.

On all three Monroe sample ballots; Palm Tree ballots do not carry it.
