Shall Local Law No. 12 of 2026 of the Town of Wallkill, entitled “Local Law Providing for a New Code Section Related to the Offices of Town Supervisor and Town Council,” be approved to establish (i) eight‑year term limits for the Town Supervisor and Town Councilpersons, (ii) allowing former Councilpersons to serve up to 8 years as Town Supervisor, be approved?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote approves Local Law No. 12 of 2026, setting eight-year term limits for the town supervisor and council members and letting former council members serve up to 8 years as supervisor.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects Local Law No. 12 of 2026; no term limits are set by it.
