"Shall Local Law No. 3 of 2026 entitled in part "Local Law Increasing the Term of Office of the Town Superintendent of Highways from two (2) years to four (4) years" be approved?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves the local law lengthening the highway superintendent's term from two years to four years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the local law; the highway superintendent's term stays two years.
