The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall a person be allowed to obtain a license to sell "to go" unopened bottles of Beer & Beer products to a customer to be taken from the store for the customer to open and drink at another location (such as, for example, his/her home)? Sale of Beer and Beer products shall not be sold within 200 feet of Church or School Properties.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote allows licenses in the Town of Jasper to sell unopened beer to go, with no sales within 200 feet of church or school properties.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not allow licenses to sell unopened beer to go in the Town of Jasper.
