Shall the annual contribution of the Town of Marlborough for the operating budget of the Sarah Hull Hallock Free Library be increased by Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-Six dollars ($19,866) to the sum of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($218,526) annually?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote raises the Town of Marlborough's annual contribution to the Sarah Hull Hallock Free Library by $19,866, to $218,526.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not approve this change to the town's contribution to the Sarah Hull Hallock Free Library operating budget.
