Shall there be approved the local law entitled "to Abolish the Elective Office of Receiver of Taxes and Transfer Its Duties to the Town Clerk", which would abolish the Office of Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Arcadia, New York, as of January 1, 2027, and, contemporaneous with such abolishment, transfer and consolidate the powers and duties of said Office of Receiver of Taxes to the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Arcadia, New York?

A “Yes” vote means

The local law is approved: Arcadia's elected receiver of taxes office is abolished as of January 1, 2027, and its duties move to the town clerk.

A “No” vote means

The local law is not approved, and Arcadia keeps an elected receiver of taxes.
