PROPOSAL 1: Shall the local law adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Ontario on the 3rd of June, 2026, which changes the term of the elective office of the Town Supervisor from a two (2) year term to a four (4) year term, effective for any term beginning on or after January 1, 2029, be approved?

A “Yes” vote means

The local law is approved: Ontario's town supervisor term changes from two years to four years for terms beginning on or after January 1, 2029.

A “No” vote means

The local law is not approved, and Ontario's town supervisor keeps a two-year term.
