At the next General Election to be held on the 3rd day of November, 2026 Shall the Board of Trustees of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco amend the current Service Award Program for the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to (i) increase the maximum allowable points for training from 15 to 25 points annually; (ii) increase the maximum allowable points for drills, seminars, and meeting attendance from 10 to 20 points annually; and (iii) increase the maximum allowable points for Tour of Duty from 1/4th point for 6 hours to 1/6th of a point per hour to align with New York State General Municipal Law Section 219-e effective January 1, 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the Volunteer Ambulance Corps service award program to raise the maximum points for training, drills and meetings, and tours of duty, effective January 1, 2027.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the current service award program point limits.
