A Resolution enacted under Section 519 of the Ohio Revised Code, titled "Sprigg Township Zoning Resolution", governing the unincorporated area of Sprigg Township, Adams County, Ohio, to preserve the rural and agricultural character of the Township, protect public health, safety, and general welfare, allow reasonable use of property with minimal unnecessary regulation, provide a predictable process for review of higher-impact development, ensure that uses with potentially significant impacts are evaluated and reasonably mitigated, and to promote orderly and compatible land use consistent with Township infrastructure and services. Pursuant to the authority conferred by Section 519 of the Ohio Revised Code, and for the purpose of protecting agricultural, residential, and small-scale uses; preventing unreasonable burdens on roads, infrastructure, and public services; providing uniform and objective standards for land use review; and to carry out zoning authority in a manner consistent with Ohio law. Shall the zoning plan for the unincorporated area of the Township of Sprigg as adopted by the Township of Sprigg be approved?
