Shall an annual income tax of 1% on the school district income of individuals be imposed by Spencerville Local School District, to renew an income tax (or income taxes) expiring at the end of 2027 for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2028, for the purpose of current expenses?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews Spencerville Local School District's 1% income tax on residents' school district income for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2028, for current expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal; the current income tax expires at the end of 2027.

On the Allen County ballots of precincts Spencerville A and B, Spencer A (split 1), Amanda E (split 2) and Amanda N (split 1). The district extends into Van Wert and Auglaize counties; Allen County's board certified the issue. Ballot heading: "Proposed Income Tax (Renewal) Spencerville Local School District". Choices: FOR THE TAX / AGAINST THE TAX.
