A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Sugar Creek Township for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $85,210 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $33 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for Sugar Creek Township current expenses, estimated to collect $85,210 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
