An additional tax for the benefit of Clear Creek Fire District for the purpose of fire protection and emergency medical services that the county auditor estimates will collect $265,119 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $140 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds a 4-mill, 5-year property tax for fire protection and emergency medical services in the Clear Creek Fire District.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
