The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Andover Township (Excluding Andover Village) for the purpose of ambulance service and emergency medical service, that the county auditor estimates will collect $78,219 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $43 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value for 2 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 2-year property tax for ambulance and emergency medical service in Andover Township outside Andover Village.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
