The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Andover Township (Excluding Andover Village) for the purpose of the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of the streets, roads and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $56,041 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $28 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for streets, roads and bridges in Andover Township outside Andover Village.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
