The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Conneaut Township Park District for the purpose of current park operating expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $296,521 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.25 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $44 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new 1.25-mill, 5-year property tax for Conneaut Township Park District operating expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
