The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Northwest Ambulance District for the purpose of providing ambulance service, emergency medical service, or both that the county auditor estimates will collect $715,784 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $53 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for ambulance and emergency medical services in the Northwest Ambulance District.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
