A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Ames Township (Excluding Village of Amesville) for the purpose of road maintenance that the county auditor estimates will collect $52,631 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $54 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for road maintenance in Ames Township outside Amesville, estimated to collect $52,631 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
