A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $222,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $23 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax for the Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library's current expenses, estimated to collect $222,000 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
