A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine and mixed beverages by Quick Food N Gas (Tom's Carryout) at 329 State Route 7 N., Powhatan Point, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit these Sunday sales at Tom's Carryout.
