A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds Article IX, Section 9.06, "Prohibition of Construction of a Data Center," to the Trenton city charter.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the charter amendment.

The Journal-News reports that the proposed amendment would prohibit construction of data centers that require more than 25 megawatts of electricity per month, and that the Ohio Supreme Court ordered the city to place it on the ballot.
