A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Goshen Township Memorial Park for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the township memorial park district for purchasing, appropriating, operating, maintaining and improving land for the park recreational purposes, that the county auditor estimates will collect $55,500 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $13 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax for the Goshen Township Memorial Park district.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
