The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Rush Township (exclusive of the villages of Woodstock and North Lewisburg) for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of roads and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $11,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $6 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax for roads and bridges in Rush Township outside Woodstock and North Lewisburg.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
