A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits sales of spirituous liquor by the glass in New Carlisle Precinct 031 - CARL 4.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit sales of spirituous liquor by the glass in New Carlisle Precinct 031 - CARL 4.
