A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits wine and mixed beverage sales, for on-premise and off-premise consumption, in New Carlisle Precinct 031 - CARL 4.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not permit those wine and mixed beverage sales in New Carlisle Precinct 031 - CARL 4.
