Shall the ordinance providing for a 0.5% levy on income for the purpose of providing funds for fire and emergency medical services be passed?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a 0.5% New Carlisle income tax to fund fire and emergency medical services.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the income tax.
