Shall the Board of County Commissioners of Clinton County, Ohio, have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the unincorporated area of Clinton County, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate the sale and purchase of competitive retail natural gas service, with automatic enrollment in the aggregation program unless an eligible customer affirmatively elects to opt out?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the county commissioners buy natural gas in bulk for the unincorporated area, with customers enrolled automatically unless they opt out.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not give the commissioners that authority.
On township ballots only; not on the ballots of Wilmington or the villages.
