A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Center Township for the purpose of fire protection that the county auditor estimates will collect $19,087 annually, at a rate not exceeding .286 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $6 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.286-mill, 5-year property tax (about $19,087 a year) for Center Township fire protection.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
On the ballots of the Center Township North and South precincts, not the Village of Lisbon's.
