The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Coshocton County for the purpose of the operation and maintenance of Coshocton County Emergency Medical Services, that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,158,953 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $62 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 3-mill, 5-year county property tax (about $2.16 million a year) to operate and maintain Coshocton County Emergency Medical Services.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
