The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal tax for the benefit of Dallas Township for the purpose of providing fire protection, that the county auditor estimates will collect $26,823 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $31 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2.5-mill, 5-year property tax for Dallas Township fire protection, estimated to collect $26,823 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
