The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Holmes Township for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $108,881 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.75 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $61 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 1.75-mill, 5-year property tax for Holmes Township current expenses, estimated to collect $108,881 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
