Shall Section 8.02 of the Charter of the City of Bedford Heights be amended to provide that the Director of Law shall be appointed by the Mayor rather than the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends the city charter so the Director of Law is appointed by the Mayor rather than Council and serves at the Mayor's pleasure.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
