Shall Article XIII, Item 2 of the Charter of the City of Berea be amended to change the deadline for candidates submitting nominating petitions for municipal elective office of the City of Berea from not less than sixty (60) days to not less than ninety (90) days prior to the date of the primary election for such offices?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends the city charter to make nominating petitions for city offices due at least 90 days, rather than 60 days, before the primary election.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
