Shall Article XIV, Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to add Section 8(d) to provide that under reprinting(s) of the Charter, any gender-specific terms shall be changed to gender neutral terms?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends the city charter so gender-specific terms are changed to gender-neutral terms when the charter is reprinted.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
