Shall Article XI, of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to add Section 4 to provide that municipal tax levies can only be placed on the ballot for municipal elections held in November of any calendar year?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends the city charter so municipal tax levies can be placed only on November municipal election ballots.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
