Shall Article IV, Section 4.04 of the Charter of the City of Brook Park be amended to remove the requirement that any increase of over three percent (3%) in compensation for any elected City officials be approved by the electorate?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes the charter requirement that voters approve any pay increase of more than 3% for elected city officials.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
