Shall Article XV, Section 15.01(c) of the Charter of the City of Brook Park be amended to provide that elected or appointed officials may serve as trustees for the Brook Park New Community Authority?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends the city charter to allow elected or appointed officials to serve as trustees of the Brook Park New Community Authority.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
