The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article II, Section 2.03 and Article VI, Section 6.04 of the Charter of the County of Cuyahoga be amended to require that County Council confirm the County Executive’s removal of members of boards, agencies, commissions and authorities as are or may hereafter be created by or pursuant to the Charter, as are provided by general law to be appointed by boards of county commissioners, and on special boards and commissions created by any agreement with another public agency or court order?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the county charter to require County Council to confirm the County Executive's removal of members of county boards, agencies, commissions and authorities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
