A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Jaspreet, Inc. (Convenient Food Mart), 12520 Lorain Avenue, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
