A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Shivay CFM, L.L.C. (Convenient Food Mart), 3753 Pearl Road, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
