Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday by Haba Inc dba Sunoco One Stop an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, holder of a C-1 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of a convenience store and gas station at 4402 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer by Haba Inc (Sunoco One Stop), 4402 Lorain Avenue, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
