The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article VII, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of Maple Heights be amended to permit ordinances or resolutions embracing the subjects of salaries, the necessity for and intention to install public improvements which contain provisions for assessments against abutting properties, or grants of public utility franchises, be posted on the City’s website and social media accounts and in four (4) public places in the City, said places determined by Council?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote allows certain ordinances and resolutions to be posted on the city's website and social media and in four public places chosen by Council.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
