Shall the Zoning Map of the City of Mayfield Heights be amended to change the zoning classification of certain property located on Parkland Boulevard, assigned PP# 863-20-003, from U-2A(1): Planned Unit Development Districts, Minimum Three Acres, to U-7: Headquarters or Executive Offices Park Districts?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote rezones a Parkland Boulevard parcel (PP# 863-20-003) from U-2A(1) Planned Unit Development to U-7 Headquarters or Executive Offices Park.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the zoning map unchanged.
