The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Section 7.08 of the Charter of the Village of Oakwood be amended to provide that at Council’s organization meeting in January, or as soon thereafter as is practicably possible, a majority of the members of Council shall elect one of its members as the President of the Council and another of its members President Pro Tempore of Council?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote has Council elect a President and a President Pro Tempore from its members at its January organization meeting.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
