Shall Section 7.01 of the Charter of the Village of Oakwood be amended to reduce the number of members of Council from seven (7) to five (5) members by eliminating the two (2) members elected to Council at large?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote reduces Council from seven to five members by eliminating the two members elected at large.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
