The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Section 6.07 of the Charter of the Village of Oakwood be amended to eliminate gender-specific language and references to at-large Councilpersons; and to provide that elected officials of the municipality may hold such offices as may be held in an ex-officio capacity?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes gender-specific language and at-large references and lets elected officials hold offices held in an ex-officio capacity.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
