The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Section 7.14 of the Charter of the Village of Oakwood be amended to remove the requirement to post ordinances and resolutions at an additional public location within the Village, and eliminate the Clerk’s duty to certify the location of the postings, while retaining postings at Village Hall and on the official Village website?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes the requirement to post ordinances at an extra public location, keeping postings at Village Hall and on the village website.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
